My stay at the hotel was a great experience overall. The room was spacious and clean, but unfortunately, the noise level made it hard to sleep comfortably. The service provided by the staff was excellent, especially when I had an issue with my room. The location was convenient, with easy access to downtown and various eateries. The dining experience exceeded my expectations, with attentive staff who remembered my food allergies. However, the lack of a complimentary breakfast was a downside to consider.

I had a lovely stay at the hotel; the rooms were sooooo clean and did not have that usual hotel room odor, plus they were modern and comfortable, offering a nice view from the 11th floor. The staff was friendly and accommodating when I had an issue with my room, immediately changing it. The location was perfect for shopping, dining, and meeting friends, though it could get a bit loud being right off the interstate. The dining experience was excellent, with attentive staff remembering my allergies and preferences. Overall, a great value for money stay.
